As co-founder of Maveric Systems, N. N Subramanian (Subbu) leads new client acquisition for the UK and Europe and focuses on building and nurturing relationships for Global Accounts. His role encompasses developing strategic plans and identifying growth opportunities critical to Maveric’s quest to become one of the top three global BankTech providers by 2025.
Over the course of his journey at Maveric, he was instrumental in establishing governance rhythms that delivered on the organization’s strategic priorities and burnished the brand’s reputation in the industry.
A veteran of business development and management consulting practices, Subbu, has been with Maveric since its inception and championed 100-plus banking transformation journeys. Subbu holds a master’s in business management studies from the Management Development Institute. Based in Chennai, he unwinds by listening to music, watching cricket, and going for long drives.

Mahesh is a co-founder and director at Maveric. In his role, he singularly focuses on strategizing and driving growth across our strategic banking customers. He provides the robust leadership and blueprint for aligning our high-demand business units and services to create contextualized solutions that address key CXO level challenges across our strategic customers.
With over 22 years of experience in the IT industry in the area of solutions design, delivery, and quality, Mahesh has a wide range of experience in delivering complex testing solutions to clients in Europe and the US through innovative models of offshore and onsite service delivery. He has also been instrumental in building and scaling the telecom vertical organically at Maveric.
Prior to joining Maveric, he founded Adarsh Technologies, an IT solutions company which catered to clients in the retail segment in the US, and provided solutions for co-operative banks in India. Mahesh started his career with Infosys Technologies and AF Ferguson.

A veteran of 30 years, consultant, and entrepreneur, across banking, financial services, retail, government, and urban services, PV’s deep competence in retail banking and regulatory compliance is sought across geographies.

A R Parthasarathy is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary and also is a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner. He has rich experience of close to 3 decades, in Enterprise Risk Management, Governance, Cost Control, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance and IT Advisory. He is a Senior Partner at RGN Price & Co., Chartered Accountants.
He is associated with Madras Chapters of Institute of Internal Auditors and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He has co-authored books on “IT Outsourcing – Audit Guide”, “Leveraging Data Analytics for Fraud Detection” and “AI in Financial Services – a Primer for Internal Audit and Fraud Detection” published by Institute of Internal Auditors, India.
He is an Independent Director of the Company and chairs the audit committee, providing guidance on governance, risk and compliance.

A celebrated thought-leader, Rama Sivaraman brings 30 years of diverse IT industry experience across service delivery, product development and implementation, delivery assurance, and program management. In her previous appointment, she was the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director, and Board member of a $300M revenue IT major. From influencing several fortune 500 clients and leading global development centers, Rama has built top-notch teams and successfully delivered on complex mandates.
Sought after as a women leader and part of an elite women CXOs team, she co-founded ‘Empowering Women in IT (eWit)’ and served as its President (2013-15). Ranked as one of the Top 20 Women leaders in IT in India (Data Quest, August 2014), Rama was felicitated with a woman leadership award for excellence in the IT sector in Singapore(CMO Asia, 2016).
An Engineering graduate with an MBA in Finance and Systems, Rama is currently the President of India Operations at magedata.ai – a leading-edge AI company specializing in Data Privacy, Security, and Compliance.

Anil Sachdev is the Founder and CEO of Grow Talent Company Limited and the School of Inspired Leadership-SOIL. Grow Talent was created in July 2000 and rose to leadership in the strategic HR consulting industry by 2006. It enabled many Global and local firms to achieve breakthrough performance by realizing the potential of their people and creating a talent advantage.
In October 2008, Anil and the other co-founders of Grow Talent entered the field of Education by creating SOIL- the School of Inspired Leadership. This innovative school has been co-created by a consortium of 32 leading firms and focuses on the five pillars of inspired leadership: Compassion, diversity, ethics, mindfulness, and sustainability.
Anil’s experience in India and worldwide covers talent management, strategic change, and organizational transformation. Recognized as a thought leader in leadership development and Organizational transformation, Anil has done pioneering work with leading global and local firms. He has spoken at national and international conferences worldwide and written contributory pieces for leading publications. Anil began his career with Tata Motors in 1975 after completing his MBA from the University of Pune. He joined Eicher in 1978 and worked in HR, operations, and TQM. He is the Founder of Eicher Consultancy Services and was its CEO till 2001.
He is active in management circles and has held several public offices, such as Chairman of the National Committees on Leadership Development, Human Resources, and Industrial Relations of the Confederation of Indian Industry.
Anil is a member of the Academic Committee of CEDEP, the leading Leadership Institute of Europe, located at Fontainebleau. He is a member of the World Compassion Council and a Trustee of the Chinmaya Mission.

Non-Executive, Independent Director
An experienced technology and leadership expert with over 35 years in the Indian IT Sector, Partha co-founded Mindtree in 1999 and has played key roles in building the company’s technology and delivery leadership capacity. As the COO of Mindtree, Partha focused on building capacity and capabilities in a unique, high-performing, high-caring culture, which helped Mindtree create a name for itself in the highly competitive IT Services space.
At an operational level, Partha has significant experience in setting up and scaling. As a co-founder, during his tenure in Mindtree, Partha was pivotal in setting up engineering processes in the early days. As the COO, he led many innovative and business-impacting initiatives for Mindtree. In particular, Partha was instrumental in setting up the global learning center in Bhubaneswar, a one-of-a-kind learning center conceptualized on the themes of Curiosity, Courage, and Responsibility. He is also responsible for Mindtree’s merger and acquisition focus, which resulted in four successful cross-border acquisitions during an 18-month period. He has seen the company grow from a venture capital-funded startup in 1999 to a billion-dollar revenue company in 2019.
His unique background in Mathematics and Computer Science has become even more critical in new-age technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cognitive Computing.
Partha has also invested personally in several startups as an angel investor. He understands the startup ecosystem well and the challenges and opportunities in the startup world at the grassroots level. Partha has experience mentoring startups in areas like technology strategy, positioning strategy when it comes to selling to enterprises, setting up the right organization structure and culture for growth, and making the right people choices.
Before co-founding Mindtree, Partha was in Wipro’s global research and development team for 15 years, from 1985 to 1999. During this period, he worked on various technology products and services.
Currently, Partha is a Managing Partner in Mela Ventures, an INR 320 crore early-stage Venture Capital fund that invests in B2B startups.
Partha served on the NASSCOM IT Services Council for four years. During his tenure in NASSCOM’s IT Services Council, he worked towards enabling startups to work closely with the larger IT Players to get market access for the startups. During the same period, he led NASSCOM’s initiative to create technology role models within the larger IT sector by creating a platform called TechNgage to identify technology wizards and give them greater exposure.
Partha holds a M.Sc (Hons) in Mathematics from BITS Pilani. He completed his M.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur. In 2010, Partha completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) from Harvard Business School. He was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award by BITS in 2016. He is also a Founder and Director of WeLive Foundation, an NGO focusing on after-care for children leaving childcare institutions.

Shaji was the Senior Vice President & Head of FSI NA for Atos. He was brought in to help turn around a business that was experiencing faltering growth and client-specific challenges. In his very first year, he was able to deliver quarter-on-quarter growth and completely rebuild his team for continued success. He put in place a strategy for Digital growth to expand the existing footprint, integrating complex capabilities that operate at the intersection of cloud, Data, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity.
Shaji was the President & Chief Executive of the BFSI Business Unit at Wipro with annual revenues of >$2.7B (accounting for ~32% of Wipro’s revenues). The BFSI business unit served 100+ clients globally across Retail Banking, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, and Insurance. Under his leadership, BFSI became the fastest growing unit, delivering industry-leading growth for over 4 years. This has been a remarkable turnaround story and a compelling demonstration of Shaji’s capabilities in transforming organizations. Shaji has 35 years of experience in areas such as Digital Transformation, Business & IT Strategy, Business Process Redesign, Business Value Realization, and Technology Development, and has been a remarkable contributor to innovation and thought leadership – he holds 40 technology and process patents. Over the last 20 years, Shaji has led large global organizations (with 10-30K employees, working across the globe). Prior to taking over as the Chief Executive of the BFSI business unit, Shaji led the Advanced Technologies service line at Wipro, which was created to exploit transformational opportunities at the intersection of Cloud, Analytics, Mobility, and High-Performance Technologies – this eventually evolved into the current Wipro Digital organization. During the same time, Shaji also headed Global Alliances, Strategic Marketing, and Sales Enablement functions at Wipro. In this role, he was responsible for driving a unified approach across Sales Enablement and Strategic Marketing functions to improve Wipro’s sales and marketing effectiveness.
Shaji brings a wealth of experience in the Financial Services and High-Tech sectors. Prior to joining Wipro, he held several senior-level positions at Infosys for over a decade, including Senior Vice President and Global Head of Consulting & Systems Integration across Financial Services. He also served as the Head of Banking & Capital Markets for the Americas region. Before Infosys, Shaji worked at Diamond Technology Partners, a strategy consulting firm, for four years, and spent a decade at IBM.
He holds an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and a Ph.D. in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He is also a recipient of several academic honors (IITB, RPI, NYU), and awards for excellence. Shaji is based in New York.

As Maveric’s CFO, Venky leads the Finance function, including controllership, treasury, secretarial, and compliance. As part of Maveric’s 4.0 growth journey, Venky plays a critical role in the areas of Investment Planning, Strategic ROI, and creating and administering wealth-sharing initiatives that nurture high-caliber talent.
Venky is not a stranger to winning in complex business situations and has worked in senior finance roles in Mindtree, Subex, Accenture, and Wipro in the past. Previously, as a CFO with Subex, he successfully led capital reduction initiatives that helped create significant shareholder value. The company’s market cap rose from INR 325 Crore to over INR 2000 Crore.

Mahadevan V (Maha) leads client acquisition for North America as well as focuses on global accounts to drive growth through multi service offerings and domain centric solutions across customer experience, regulatory compliance and CloudDevSecOps. His endeavours are crucial to Maveric’s aspiration to become one of the top three BankTech specialists transforming retail banking, corporate banking and wealth management digital ecosystems.
A veteran of 37 years, fifteen years with Maveric, Maha has led business development teams to drive growth across North America, UK, Europe, and APAC. His proven acumen to seize and deliver banking transformation mandates makes him a sought-after leader.
Before Maveric, Maha worked with Polaris Software as SVP & SBU Head, managing large BFS outsourcing projects for clients like Citibank, Shinsei Bank, Deutsche Leasing, and NEC Corporation.
Maha holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Madras. Based in Chennai, he is passionate about nurturing emerging leaders, in line with his credo – ‘leadership is an action, not a position.

Aravind provides leadership and direction to our delivery and competency units across our services – Data, Digital, QE, and Core Transformation- to build an integrated outlook across all delivery streams. Aravind works with our leaders to spruce innovation in delivery approaches and methods to create value at speed for our customers. Besides this, Aravind is committed to identifying and nurturing young leaders to build the right leadership pipeline for the future.

Aravind possesses a master’s degree in computer applications and is known for his adventurous spirit. He has a strong affinity for grunge and black metal music and finds his groove when riding long distances on his motorbike and gliding across calm waters on his paddle board. Senior Vice President, Delivery - Core Transformation Services
As the SVP & Head of Core Transformation Services at Maveric, Anand manages the overall relationship and services and directs joint-go-to-market solutions with Temenos. A veteran of 25 years in the banking technology services universe, Anand draws his deep expertise from the diverse banking-IT roles of service delivery, program management, product selection, infrastructure management, digital channel launch, maintenance, and support.
Before joining Maveric, Anand led the payment authentication business for Wibmo, a full-stack payment technology company acquired by PayU.

Rajesh is the Senior Vice President of Talent Engineering at Maveric. He leads the ThinkNXT program, which aims to shape the future leaders of the company. With over two decades of experience in the IT industry, Rajesh’s leadership skills are crucial in identifying and developing the best talent to accelerate Maveric’s vision of becoming a top three bank tech specialist by 2026.
Rajesh’s key areas of expertise include client partners and relationships, program management, large transformation and upgrades in delivery, and technical framework and solutions. A veteran in IT and assurance, Rajesh is quick to adapt to new technologies with an exceptional ability to understand complex requirements, provide solutions, plan and deliver customer and business priorities, and run governance with appropriate level of program statistics, and customer-focused reports.
During his 20 years of journey in Maveric, Rajesh’s responsibilities span across delivery, thought leadership, talent engineering, and business development initiatives. He has experience in leading retail, corporate banking, and wealth programs for multi-national banks and financial institutions for clients across the UK, US, Europe, Middle East, and APAC regions.

As SVP for Maveric’s Data Competency Unit, Chandramouli Sundaram (Mouli) helms delivery, and governance, across customers and geographies for the overall Data Unit. His role is pivotal to Maveric’s aspiration to become one of the top three global BankTech providers by 2025.
Mouli brings rich technology leadership expertise, having scaled Wipro’s Big Data business from scratch to $100 M and Mexico’s growing Data team of 150+ specialists across Guadalajara and India. After the versatile 17 years of Wipro experience across consulting, pre-sales, technical implementation, and delivery management, Mouli served as the VP for Decision Minds.
With an MBA in Systems, his tireless efforts resonate with the saying, ‘Never stop learning, because life never stops teaching.’
Based in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu, Mouli finds joy in long-distance travel, spending time with his non-techie friends, and partnering with local authorities to call out and improve citizenry facilities.
Vice President Delivery - Quality Engineering
As the VP of Delivery, Ratanesh leads the strategic initiatives to scale Maveric’s Quality Engineering competency in line with the changes in the business and technology landscape of Banking and FinTech verticals.
A homegrown leader with two decades of experience in transformation programs for Tier 1 banks and telcos, he has played pivotal roles across Delivery, Sales & Growth teams in Maveric. His attention to detail and passion add fuel to Maveric’s vision of becoming one of the top three BankTech companies by 2025. Ratanesh’s directive to foster an ongoing enhancement of the Quality Engineering process plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Maveric’s domain knowledge, product expertise, approach, and solutions are contextual to the customer needs. This approach aims to make the SDLC process more efficient, cost-effective, and faster in delivering to the market, while also eliminating quality issues from the requirements to release process.
Besides his professional accomplishments, Ratanesh is an avid biker, a sports enthusiast, and loves to go on long rides in the mountains.

As the Vice President of Digital Delivery at Maveric, Sandeep Sekar leverages his technical expertise and business acumen to drive digital design thinking and spearhead strategic initiatives that enhance and scale the organization’s digital capabilities. With a proven track record of leadership in Engineering, Product Management, Delivery, and Account Management, his primary responsibility is to ensure the flawless execution of digital banking transformations.
Sandeep brings over two decades of experience in leading Digital Strategy and Transformation initiatives across various sectors, including consumer banking, wealth management, fintech, retail, and healthcare. His comprehensive knowledge of these fields significantly contributes to Maveric’s aspiration of becoming one of the top three Banking Technology companies by 2025.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Sandeep finds joy in traveling, motorbiking, and indulging in films. He operates from his home base in Bengaluru. He firmly believes in the power of consistent and persistent effort, recognizing that breakthrough success occurs gradually and sometimes unexpectedly.
